Legal Action

We may initiate legal activity with your permission by filing an action for collection of outstanding debt in either Small Claims or District Court once your written authorization is obtained. If you’ve obtained a Judgment and are looking for a collection agency to collect on your behalf, we can use our collection tools to assist you in this effort.
