Personal information (such as updated address, phone number, email etc.) may be collected from the consumer/debtor only when you voluntarily provide such information.

The AAR Continuous Education Requirements are developed to provide all employees with regularly updated information regarding collection industry best practices and legal issues. This annual requirement is implemented for compliance and quality assurance purposes, and to ensure that AAR employees have the best training and resources available to provide excellent customer service and to meet our Strategic Priorities.

Information provided to ADVANCED ACCOUNTS RECOVERY LLC  is securely stored. Once logged in, all communication is transmitted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted forms ensuring information cannot be intercepted during transmission. Credit card payments are transmitted via SSL as well and the numbers are not stored in our data base.

Federal and state statutes regulate the collection industry and detail consumer rights. Advanced Accounts Recovery LLC has in place procedures ensuring compliance will all applicable law and ensuring all staff members are knowledgeable and aware of how statutes and rule making affect our debt collections efforts.
